Judith Stish Ross Nathan Giuliani is contesting the divorce over assets in New York and Palm Beach. Only 15 years ago, while working for $1,200 a month as a part-time receptionist, she was living on borrowed money and the hospitality of friends—and threatening her estranged second husband with prosecution over a $3,500 rug. Maybe Rudy will give her a rug to ease the pain.

Divorce coming wees after Rudy's "tasteless joke about Hillary.
Rudy Giuliani, reportedly made a tasteless jab at former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, joking to a crowd of GOP donors gathered at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago ballroom about her weight.
The comment — which was reported after two anonymous sources inside the room spoke to Axios — came after Trump gave a speech to roughly 250 Republican Party patrons and Giuliani took the mic, saying, “Hillary was also here and she actually fit through the door.”
Trump allegedly played along with Giuliani’s personal insults, adding, “I’m just glad I didn’t say it.” However, Axios reports that Giuliani’s wife was not amused — giving the “most foul look” in response to the slight.

Cruelty to Animals
Excerpt from Vanity Fair "Giuliani’s Princess Bride' - Sept 2007
"Judi was excellent at her work, and earned $40,000 a year by the late 70s. But problems arose when animal-rights groups began investigating the way the company sold its products—problems recently pointed out by the New York press. U.S. Surgical used dogs in demonstrations to doctors and hospitals as part of its marketing plan.
“Every salesperson at U.S. Surgical was trained for six weeks with dogs at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, and that was really brutal,” explains a former employee. “They spent days and days with dogs, taking out the spleen or stomach or the lobe of a lung. Then if the dog started moaning or fidgeted, whoever was closest would push more sedative into him from the syringe. It was horrible. Then the dog would be killed with potassium chloride.”
After training, the salespeople marketed the staplers to doctors, and, once again, in many cases large dogs were used, as they had organs comparable in size to those possessed by humans. “After the stapling, sometimes they’d put a big clamp above and below the staple lines of the dog, and fill [the area] with lots of fluid,” the ex-employee says. “It would fill up like a balloon, and the salesperson would say to the doctor, ‘See—it doesn’t leak!’ That’s how they marketed and sold the product.”

Giuliani was skilled at solving problems that lent themselves to the application of relentless will or military-style strategy. Therefore, he was effective at cutting crime, reducing violence in the city’s jails and driving the mob out of the Fulton Fish Market, where it had ruled for fifty years.
The record shows that Giuliani was less effective at solving problems in which such efforts require cooperation with other levels of government, labor unions or communities of color. As a result, public schools got worse during the Giuliani years. Police-community relations got much worse. Much less affordable housing was built, and budgeted for, than under Ed Koch. The poor became a much lower priority than under Mayors Dinkins, Lindsay and Wagner. In Giuliani’s second term, the poor became scapegoats and lab rats for experiments in conservative social policy.
Giuliani also governed in a fashion that created problems beneath the surface, for which the bill of reckoning is only now coming due. His borrowing left his successor with a $4.5 billion budget deficit only eighteen months after Rudy sat on a $3 billion surplus. And in a political deal, he closed the city’s largest landfill, creating a crisis in garbage disposal and a tremendous budget burden for the sanitation department.
Rudy Giuliani was a mayor of missed opportunities, political opportunism and stunning harshness.

New York Times interview - 2007 (Excerpts)
Mrs. Giuliani, whose original name was Judi Stish, grew up in Hazleton, Pa., a coal-mining town, the second of three children. Her father, whose forebears came from Italy — the family’s name had been Sticia — was a circulation manager for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
A March 14 clip of Mrs. Giuliani going on at length about her own credentials as she introduced her husband at a fund-raiser began circulating on YouTube. And on April 2, The New York Post reported that sales workers at Mrs. Giuliani’s old employer, U.S. Surgical, often demonstrated staplers on dogs that were subsequently put to death.

From 2011 ............
Ten years ago, Rudy Giuliani's second divorce was not going well. A gay couple, Howard Koeppel and Mark Hsiao offered their midtown apartment to the then-Mayor Giuliani, who ended up living there for six months. What could he do to acknowledge their graciousness? "I asked if he would marry us," Koeppel told the New York Post. "He said, 'Howard, I don't ever do anything that's not legal. If it becomes legal in New York, you'll be one of the first ones I would marry.' "
Gay marriage is now legal New York state, and Rudy Giuliani is nowhere to be found.
BTW, Koeppel owns multiple car dealerships in Queens.

I remember he was parading Judi around my old neighborhood with a ton of media following them around. They went to a fish restaurant that I can’t remember the name of (sheesh, it was less than 20 years ago. My memory is shot). I think they also went to Tony Roma’s.
Judi was giuliani’s “very good friend.” I remember his news conference. My husband and I were on our way to visit friends in NJ and we listened to it on the car radio on the FDR drive and were like “Whoa!” On our way home we heard Donna Hanover’s press conference. Burn! She mentioned his affair with Lategano though didn’t mention the name. We all know who she meant .
After 9/11 everyone wondered why Giuliani put the OEM (office of emergency management) in WTC after it had already been bombed once. The story going round was that Donna suspected Giuliani and Lategano of having an affair and was trying to catch them in the act. She would show up at City Hall a lot. The staff couldn’t keep the mayors wife out of City Hall, so they would let her in. Rudy hit upon the idea of using a place where only top security-cleared staff were allowed entry. That’s when he chose WTC as the site of the new OEM. It was right near City Hall, so he and his driver (who was Bernard Keri at that time) wouldn’t have to fight traffic. Rudy and Lategano could have their alone time and Hanover could not get in.
The Secret Service, the FBI, NYPD all tried to talk Giuliani out of placing OEM in WTC. They wanted it to be in Brooklyn. If there was a catastrophe in Manhattan, they argued, we need to be on a different site with a different electrical service grid. But noooo. Rudy wanted to get laid. So in addition to losing everyone in WTC and Tower One and Tower Two, WTC 7 and the OEM was also lost.
So where did all the bigwigs gather? At first they went to NYU Medical Center on 34th St & First Avenue. But a rumor began circulating that a bomb went off in one of the NYUMC parking lots. Other rumors said it was just a bomb threat, or a bomb. At any rate, Giuliani and his crew left and went down the block to Bellevue. That became Command Central for a few days.
Can you imagine the multi millions of dollars poured into the OEM, for nothing? The highest of high tech, never used on the day when it was needed the most. Instead, the mayor and his minions were running back and forth to midtown hospitals. They couldn’t even use City Hall because Giuliani forced the evacuation of lower Manhattan below 14th Street.

As far as Giuliani getting the mob out of the Fulton Fish Market — plans to close the market and move it to Hunts Point had existed since the 1950s. Everyone knew the days of the Fulton Fish Market were over. Giuliani “cleaned up” a place that was going under on its own. It was permanently moved to the Bronx in 2005

Isn’t that one of the titles prostitutes put on their business cards, R119?

She's smart. As soon as the divorce papers are signed, she can be forced to testify against him. So she'll promise not to sign until the trial's over--but ONLY if he agrees to give her $$$.

She is over 35 now, and we know Donald and his bud Rudy say that is the expropriation date.

R32, Giuliani just rode the wave of the Clinton economy. The city and subway cleanup started with the mayor before him.
Giuliani's NY didn't do any better than any other city after the economic boom. Crime wasnt any better. Jobs weren't any better.
He took credit for it all of course.

I hope that she doesn’t slip on the grease slick as she runs away!
by Anonymous | reply 122 | April 6, 2018 2:35 PM |
The Clinton economy and the previous mayor didn't clean up Times Square, r121.
by Anonymous | reply 123 | April 6, 2018 4:30 PM |
He also took credit for the rescue response for the Twin Towers on 9-11. And based his aborted presidential campaign on the corpses of those who died on that day...bottom feeding dago pimp.
by Anonymous | reply 124 | April 6, 2018 4:32 PM |
He behaved himself for exactly 3 days — September 11, 12 and 13. Then Bush showed up in NYC and the photo ops began and Rudy saw national television calling him “America’s Mayor.” I hope whoever dubbed him that name dies/died a painful death.
by Anonymous | reply 125 | April 6, 2018 4:47 PM |
He did fill the vacuum left by Bush on a terrible day. I'm AMAZED that Bush wasn't forever tainted by the way he behaved that day.
by Anonymous | reply 126 | April 6, 2018 4:51 PM |
It almost seems quaint compared to what we have today, r126.
by Anonymous | reply 127 | April 6, 2018 4:59 PM |
Trump would accuse America’s previous presidents if a 9/11 event happened
by Anonymous | reply 128 | April 6, 2018 6:09 PM |
R121, you forgot that the Yankees won right before his re-election - THAT HELPS.
Giuliani turned Times Square into Las Vegas. Not a good thing.
by Anonymous | reply 129 | April 6, 2018 8:06 PM |
Better as a pit bull lieutenant, not as a leader. Of Giulianis 8 years in office, only the last 3 years saw him at his best: dealing with crises. It is said that if there was no crises he would create one. He was divisive and harmful the rest of his time. He was best as the Manhattan DA.
by Anonymous | reply 130 | April 6, 2018 8:11 PM |
R123, in fact the Clinton economy DID clean up Time Square. The only reason Giuliani could clean it up is that businesses, lifted by the Clinton economy, wanted to move in. They would only move in if it was cleaned up.
by Anonymous | reply 131 | April 6, 2018 8:14 PM |
R30- huh? It was Ed Koch who saved NYC (and stayed to long, but still saved the city from financial ruin.)
by Anonymous | reply 132 | April 6, 2018 8:43 PM |
I read the murder rate went down because trauma centers got better at dealing with gunshot victims.

NY Post is reporting 'Judith' is demanding a statement of his net worth just two days after filing for divorce.

Giuliani’s politically connected divorce lawyer, Faith Miller, notified the court Friday that she’d be representing him in the split. Her husband is the top judge, the Hon. Alan Scheinkman, at a state appeals court.

Rudy’s got piles of money squirreled away in the caymans, the Seychelles and Ireland.

She doesn’t even look like the same person. You know what looks weird? When someone has a facelift when they’re thin, then gain a lot of weight. The always looks strange because it’s not the face the surgeon sculpted onto the muscles.
by Anonymous | reply 138 | April 6, 2018 11:08 PM |
R132, Yes, it was ED KOCH who got the city out of bankruptcy - with the help of Dem gov Hugh Carey, don't forget him. You must be living on another planet, R30.

10 years ago headlines read that the Guiliani kids were "estranged" from their father, and the daughter was an outspoken Hillary supporter. I think he wants the press to stay away from the kids because they might not say nice things about him.

Maybe she is getting out before Ghouliani is caught up in Mueller's investigation?
by Anonymous | reply 143 | April 7, 2018 12:18 AM |
Oh R144, Ghouliani is slimy far beyond the reach of Mueller. R118 may have been referring to any number of other things -- prostitution, underage sex, mafia blackmail, coverups, corruption, etc etc.
With good upstanding Republicans like him, the bottom's just the beginning!

When you get older you realize it’s hard to make your way in the world. All that money mom and dad have ...well, it belongs to mom and dad. That money that made your childhood so awesome isn’t yours. So you reconcile with the estranged parent to get closer to the money and those connections. Next thing you know, you might be in the White House (or building or whatever you want to call it because there’s really no name for it)

You need to hire a forensic accountant when getting divorced.
by Anonymous | reply 163 | April 9, 2018 1:28 AM |
True r163. I have a family member whose husband was squirrelling away money from his business for two years, and she hired a forensic accountant who was able to track it all to ensure she got a good settlement. That one dick move ended up costing him a lot more money and his children no longer want anything to do with him.

A friend of a friend - woman went through an ugly divorce. She went through all her accounts and when it went to court the husband admitted on the stand he had stolen money from her over 30 years. Nevertheles, he got an amazing settlment. She is 67 years old and will have to work till she drops having been stripped of savings, half her home's value etc etc. Did I mention he had been funding multiple extra martital affairs throughout the marriage. She almost died from cancer (Stage 3) during the last months of her marriage on top of it all.
And he set up a rival business (she had slaved and worked over 25 years) during the separation stealing her key employees and clients to set himself up.
