Indeed R6 I know nothing of this movie but imagine it will stop at some early triumph before he married the hapless but available Renate. Egerton could well be gay anyway, no heartthrob actor has ever come out at a point it could damage his career. One can feel sympathy for the hounding, however my friend told me Elton turned up at the meetings in faux generalissimo drag, with cossak fur hat and diamond brooch.

The Hollywood Foreign Press would absolutely put this film up if not give it to Taron. The only issue I can see is that Taron isn't really great with press as in that he's not playful with them. During the Cannes presser a reporter asked Taron if he imagined himself winning an Oscar as he watched Rami win his and Taron replied that it was a horrible question. I can see he took it that the interviewer was pushing a rivalry but he could have batted it off with a joke or just give an answer and not touch on the caliber of the question.

I went to a private Elton John concert once at Greenacres once (I was someone's +1) and it was excellent. He is a great performer. HOWEVER, some of the celeb encounters I had were not. Will Ferrell was a nasty asshole. And there was a very weird scary dynamic between Jane Lynch and her now ex-wife. Jane was very territorial about her. I was like, "Don't worry, honey, I don't want anything to do with either of you."

It's not a straight forward biopic in that it isn't strictly a timeline of his career in that t doesn't dig deep on what songs were made when or delve too much into the process of how those songs came about unlike how it was done with Bohemian Rhapsody. Instead his songs are used to illustrate his life. For example there's a scene during his childhood dealing with his emotionally distant father and his family sings "I Want Love".
